Acceptable Use

The short version of how members are expected to behave.

Do

List deals your business can actually deliver, at the quality the price implies.
Respond to genuine enquiries within a reasonable window (we surface avg response time on profiles).
Honour signed contracts. If something changes, communicate early — don't go silent.
Treat every member like a peer, regardless of their size or industry.

Don't

Post listings for categories your business doesn't operate in.
Use messages for cold-sales or spam — the platform isn't a lead list.
Agree trades you know you can't deliver on in order to extract credit.
Publish contact details or try to push counterparties off-platform before a contract is signed.
Share member information (contact details, deal pricing) outside the platform.

Enforcement

Single clear breaches usually result in a warning from our team. Repeated or serious breaches — misrepresentation, non-delivery, abusive conduct — result in suspension and, where warranted, permanent removal. We maintain a quiet bar; this is a curated network, not a marketplace.
